TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Because each trade is considered binding, has very specific policies regarding the confirmation and payment of trades.

A trade is confirmed (and binding for both parties) at the time we issue a trade number to the purchaser.
All purchases must be paid (as verified by postmark or the initiation of a bank wire) within 24 hours of confirming trade. Trades paid late may be adjusted to current market levels.
Bullion purchases may require a 20% deposit.
Personal checks, as well as certified checks, will be held for 10 business days from the time they are deposited.
Quick delivery is available for trades paid with a bank wire.

This offer is subject to prior sale and may be withdrawn at any time prior confirmation. All trades must be confirmed, with a trade member recorded by an SSEI employee. Once confirmed, all trades are binding on both parties. Payment must be postmarked or received within 24 hours of confirmation to be considered binding upon SSEi. Slow payment by no means relinquishes the purchases from his obligation to pay for the confirmed trade. (To put more kindly, at SSEI we have always honored our commitments and we expect the same from our trading partners. In these volatile markets it is very important for both parties to acknowledge that a trade confirmation is a legal commitment and is legally binding.) We hope you enjoy your coins. Thank You.
